Where We Ship From

Starting May 8, 2025, all orders on Inthemask are shipped from our new forwarding warehouse in Ningbo, China. Our headquarters remains in Shanghai.

U.S. Tariffs — Important Update

As of May 8, 2025, U.S. buyers are no longer required to pay customs duties separately. All import duties and tariffs will be fully covered by BlackCatKig. The total amount you pay at checkout is your final price — no additional duty will be charged upon delivery.

Please note: Some carriers (e.g., UPS or DHL) may charge minor handling or storage fees at the destination. These are not customs duties and are beyond our direct control.

Shipping Timeframes

Due to recent changes in air cargo logistics, air shipping times to the U.S. have been extended by approximately 20–50%. Current estimated delivery time is 9 to 15 business days from dispatch.

Flexible Shipping Options

To better serve our customers, we are now evaluating sea freight shipping options on a case-by-case basis. This will allow us to offer more flexible payment and delivery terms depending on your location and order volume.

Buyers Outside the United States

China’s export tariff policy for regions outside the U.S. remains unchanged. If you are located outside the United States, your purchase will not be affected by U.S. tariff policies.
