Customize A Kig Mask!

We are happy that you are commissioning us to make your KIG head! Follow the steps, sit back and chill till it arrives! We will send you an email with a 3D rendor preview of the mask when the modelling part is done. Upon confirmation, we will proceed with the rest!(ie makeup and hair styling)

STEP 1:

Prepare at least 2 pictures of the character you want to make a kig mask of, and send them to our email at contact@blackcatkig.com. They can be directly from the anime, or manga, or even cosplay. Make sure they are of high definition, and include different angles(e.g. front, side and back)

STEP 2:

Choose the mask type you want. 3/4 is of one piece, and full-head has 2 locks to the sides. Both are compatible with wig and accessories.

STEP 3:

Tick the box of "I agree with Terms & Conditions" and make sure you understand it. And then proceed to ADD TO CART or BUY IT NOW.

STEP 4:

Head to the checkout page and fill in all the info needed for the order. You will receive a notification from us with a receipt after the order is placed. You can always stay in touch with us regarding any order issues.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

We do not accept returns or refund for any custom orders, unless upon common agreement.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to most addresses in the world.

We will ship your order via DHL/UPS/FedEX with Expedite shipping. The delivery time depends on various factors including destination and custom issues.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are both bulk and weight-based. The weight varies with the wig of the mask. The mask will be packaged with bubble wraps, inflated air pillars and corrugated cardbox just in case it receives damage during the shipment.
