We declare the mask at the customs as is - kindly let us know if you have other requirements for declaration.
You may return most new, unopened, non-custom items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We do not accept returns or refund for any custom orders, unless upon common agreement..

The mask as a project is usually done through 3 stages: 3D building, painting and makeup, hair styling. Each of the stage will take weeks to finish. Kindly stay in touch with us and get informed via email!

Sample Costume – Please Read Before Purchasing
This is a pre-owned sample costume that was previously worn by our model for product photography and display.
As a sample item, it is not brand new and may show normal signs of use, including but not limited to:
Minor signs of wear
Light stains or marks
Loose threads
Pilling or fabric snags
Small scratches or imperfections
Wrinkles from storage
Minor wear on zippers, buttons, or accessories
The costume has been inspected before sale, and all visible imperfections are reflected in the product photos whenever possible.

We are happy that you are commissioning us to make your KIG head! Follow the steps, sit back and chill till it arrives! We will send you an email with a 3D rendor preview of the mask when the modelling part is done. Upon confirmation, we will proceed with the rest!(ie makeup and hair styling)

We will ship your order via DHL/UPS/FedEX with Expedite shipping. The delivery time depends on various factors including destination and custom issues.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are both bulk and weight-based. The weight varies with the wig of the mask. The mask will be packaged with bubble wraps, inflated air pillars and corrugated cardbox just in case it receives damage during the shipment.

Your piece is produced exclusively for you rather than stocked in advance. This allows us to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality. Cancellation requests may be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. After production begins, orders can no longer be cancelled.
