1. OVERVIEW

2. LEGAL NATURE OF SERVICE

BlackCatKig operates as a custom manufacturing service provider.

All transactions conducted on this website constitute custom manufacturing service contracts, not standard retail goods transactions.

Orders placed on this website are legally treated as:

Custom manufacturing agreements involving made-to-order production, irreversible cost allocation, and individualized production processes.

3. CUSTOM MANUFACTURING DEFINITION

All products sold by BlackCatKig are custom-made, made-to-order manufactured products.

Each order initiates a customized production process, which may include but is not limited to:

  • Digital modeling

  • Structural and engineering design

  • Custom specification development

  • 3D printing

  • Manufacturing preparation

  • Production scheduling

  • Resource and labor allocation

These processes generate real, irreversible production costs immediately upon order placement.

4. PRODUCTION AUTHORIZATION & IRREVOCABILITY

By placing an order on this website, the customer:

  • Grants explicit and irrevocable authorization to begin custom production

  • Authorizes allocation of production resources, labor, and materials

  • Acknowledges that production processes may begin immediately

  • Accepts that such authorization cannot be withdrawn once production begins

Payment and order submission constitute legal consent to production initiation and manufacturing authorization.

5. CANCELLATION & REFUND LIMITATION

Order cancellation and refunds are strictly limited.

48-Hour Cancellation Window:

  • Cancellation requests may only be submitted within 48 hours of order placement

  • Approval is at the sole discretion of BlackCatKig

  • Orders that have entered any stage of production are non-cancellable and non-refundable

After 48 hours, no cancellation, refund, reversal, chargeback, or payment dispute claim shall be accepted under any circumstances.

6. NO RETURN / NO REFUND POLICY (CUSTOM GOODS)

Due to the nature of custom manufacturing:

  • All products are non-returnable

  • All products are non-exchangeable

  • All products are non-refundable

This applies regardless of:

  • Customer confirmation status

  • Communication delays

  • Design approvals

  • Email response timing

  • Production confirmation processes

  • Miscommunication after order placement

Failure to respond to production confirmation communications does not create any cancellation, refund, or return rights.

7. PRODUCTION CONFIRMATION COMMUNICATIONS

During the production process, customers may receive communications regarding:

  • Design confirmation

  • Specifications

  • Custom parameters

  • Production details

These communications are for production accuracy and quality assurance purposes only and do not constitute refund, cancellation, or modification rights.

8. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Remedies are limited to cases of:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Shipping damage

  • Incorrect items delivered due to our error

In such cases, BlackCatKig may, at its discretion, offer:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Partial remake

  • Full remake

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Customers must submit claims within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.

9. POLICY PRIORITY

In the event of any conflict between policies:

These Terms of Service shall prevail over all other policies, including but not limited to:

  • Refund Policy

  • Privacy Policy

  • Shipping Policy

  • Marketing policies

All policies are incorporated by reference and form part of this legally binding agreement.

10. EU CONSUMER RIGHTS EXEMPTION

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws:

Custom-made and personalized goods are legally exempt from statutory cooling-off periods and withdrawal rights, including but not limited to the European Union 14-day right of withdrawal.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that the products are custom-manufactured goods and therefore not subject to cooling-off or return rights.

11. ONLINE STORE TERMS

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

You may not use our Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission.

13. BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current account and billing information.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders at our discretion.

15. USER SUBMISSIONS

Any submissions may be used without restriction or compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or competent jurisdiction as determined by BlackCatKig.

23. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
