Important Notice About Custom Orders

All products sold on BLACKCATKIG are custom-made products.
Once an order is placed, the production process begins immediately, including (but not limited to):

  • 3D modeling

  • Structural design

  • Digital sculpting

  • Printing

  • Manufacturing preparation

  • Production scheduling

These processes generate real and irreversible production costs from the moment of order placement.

Therefore, orders are non-refundable by default.


48-Hour Refund Window (Order Cancellation Policy)

Customers may request a cancellation and refund within 48 hours after placing the order.

Conditions:

  • The cancellation request must be submitted within 48 hours of order placement

  • The order must not have entered the production process

  • Approval is required by BLACKCATKIG

After 48 hours, NO refund, cancellation, or chargeback option will be available under any circumstances.


Custom Order Policy (No Return / No Refund)

Due to the nature of custom manufacturing:

All custom orders are final and non-refundable once production begins.

This applies regardless of:

  • Email confirmation status

  • Customer response time to design/production emails

  • Production detail confirmations

  • Delayed replies by the customer

  • Miscommunication after the 48-hour window

Failure to respond to confirmation emails does not create any right to cancellation or refund.


Production Confirmation Process

During the production process, customers will receive multiple confirmation emails regarding:

  • Design details

  • Specifications

  • Production parameters

  • Customization information

These confirmations are part of quality assurance and production accuracy, not a refund or cancellation condition.


No Returns Policy

Because all products are custom-made:

  • Returns are not accepted

  • Exchanges are not accepted

  • Refunds are not accepted

  • Chargebacks will be disputed with evidence of custom production process and policy acceptance


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will ONLY provide solutions in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Shipping damage

  • Wrong item delivered (our error)

In such cases, we will offer:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Partial refund

  • Full remake

Refunds are not guaranteed and are determined based on case evaluation.

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.


Legal Agreement Clause

By placing an order on BLACKCATKIG, the customer explicitly agrees to:

  • This Return & Refund Policy

  • The Custom Order Policy

  • The No-Refund Terms

  • The 48-hour cancellation limitation

  • The production cost responsibility

Placing an order constitutes legal acceptance of these terms.
